About the Event
This course is designed to provide participants with information about Wheat Quality of hard, soft, and durum wheat: grain and flour quality, milling, and finished product including bread, tortillas, cookies, and pastas. Participants will learn through lectures, hands-on laboratory testing and baking at the California Wheat Commission's Wheat Laboratory.
Cost: $750/ participant (includes lunch)
