About the Event


This course is designed to provide participants with information about Durum Wheat Quality: grain and semolina quality, milling, and pasta technology. Participants will learn through lectures, hands-on laboratory testing and pasta making at the California Wheat Commission's Wheat Laboratory. 

4-day course.
